Assignments run across eastern Nebraska and Iowa. Each placement is a single building for the length of the assignment.
Most nurse leaders spend years learning one building. This role gives you 9 — different census, different survey history, different team — and the mentorship, CEUs, and tuition support to convert that range into the next title. Breadth is what regional and multi-site roles hire for, and it is the one thing a single-building career cannot give you.
